the melodies of familiar tunes have been playing in the chilled air of our beloved AmpWalk Mall for some time now much to the pleasure of summoning sepia colored memories of our childhood years playing in the yard way past the bedtime curfew with sparklers in hand and hearts jumping with joy! Raya is almost here and we have captured all that excitement and anticipation in our décor for the mall with our “Balik Kampung!” theme. come and have a look!
yesterday, we were at the KL Shangri La hotel lending our touch to a food tasting affair. we arranged the tables in regular and intersecting configurations and swathed them all with grey sequined overlays. on the tabletops, we featured our new selections of crome-plated candle holders, petite stencil fleur and crackle glass cylinders. we finished off the tablescape with our signature flower congregations for that je ne sais quoi feel.
before you know it, we’re already a week into Ramadhan! so, it’s three weeks before the big rush back to kampong and we have prepared just the most exquisite line of Hari Raya hampers for you to lug back to your loved ones. we picked the crunchiest and tastiest cookies, packed them tenderly into cutesy jars, boxes and containers and arranged them lovingly inside carriers that we decked with fantastical faux flowers. worry not if you haven’t yet decided how your Raya décor would look like this year because you can always get your inspirations from these lovelies. here’s a sampling of the goodies we’ve prepared and do drop by our place for more.
