fashionably green

we felt much privileged and honored being chosen to decorate the serenely magnificent interiors of the Seri Negara for the premiere of an up-and-coming fashion brand from the middle east.  inspired by pictorials of models posing in the brand's exquisitely tailored abayas amidst a verdant garden scape, we created a lush green backdrop for the epicenter of the fashion show in the lobby of the Seri Negara.  elsewhere, in the corridors and the tea room, we installed more austere decorations which are nonetheless dramatic.  have a look..

guests who attended Jovian and Nina's first reception were treated to a tasteful fusion of traditional Indonesian and contemporary chic spectacle.  the foyer of the Shangri-La ballroom was decked with tall and slender penjors, exquisite kembar mayangs as well as our quintessential apple blossoms and topiaries. arriving guests were also entertained by a gamelan ensemble while they lounged on clusters of ottomans swathed in batik.

it's always a pleasure for us to work in a venue as accommodating as the Royale Bintang the Curve with its clean lines and surfaces washed in white and beige.  the neutral look and color palette allow our designs to come to life quite readily.  for this solemnization ceremony held at the hotel recently, our client opted for a modern look and the hotel provided just the perfect setting for our angels to work their magic almost effortlessly.  the interplay of branches, crystals and mirrors blended perfectly with the loose gatherings of purple flowers to create a clean modern look befitting the occasion.  have a look..
