when like-minded citizens collaborate with earnest gratitude, the consequence is nothing short of pure satisfaction for all involved. our collaboration with the legendary omar khan that gained momentum in a previous event, culminated in this splendid setup for a wedding reception at the Shangri-La hotel. although he humbly intended for the look to be "pretty and simple", we courteously beg to differ. with fabric festoons sweeping the ceiling and monolithic fabric panels lining the perimeter of the grand ballroom bathed in glorious light, we wondered when the herald angels would start to sing. we were joyously astounded with omar's idea of keeping it simple with delicate baby's breath in seemingly boundless profusions in and around the pelamin, in permissible proportions on the main table and in austere portions on the regular tables. but he remunerated the modest embellishment of regular tables with indulgent illumination from beneath. our angels were supremely gratified to realize a grand vision and we're divinely delighted to have the opportunity to work closely with omar. we certainly look forward to the next collaboration...
