we smoldered the table tops with black magic roses for this birthday celebration at the Flora Terrace.  checkered sequined overlays added a touch of glamor and tea lights in red votive cups added a seasonal flavor to the whole affair.

in the pink

last saturday, we despatched a flock of butterflies to rain upon a little girl's birthday party in a confetti of pastels. the party was held at Flora Terrace where we also mobilized our angels to deck the tables with posies of gerbera daisies in various shades of pink. with helium-filled pink balloons taking up the space between the pink sequins on the tables and the pink butterflies raining down from the ceiling, the place was set to thrill the heart of any sweet little girl and also the young girl at heart. we hope our young client had a most memorable birthday party and may she be blessed with many many more joyous celebrations.

by the light of the moon

a birthday party is not just an ordinary celebration when it is meant for a gentleman with distinguished tastes. so, on this particular occasion, we provided due discretion to give it that slight edge without going for overkill. the venue for the party at Serene Kiara exuded crisp sophisticated charm without the need for much adornment for an event such as this. so, we dispensed with the elaborate drama and settled for brooding elegance. shall we dance?

happy and glorious

we created an adorable ambiance for the princess, replete with iridescent balloons, ribbons and secret corners. but when it came to the queen mother, we had to create a more endearing aura to reflect her maturity, status and uncompromising taste level. so, out with the toile overlays and in with the black and gold sequins. above the lush gatherings of roses, tulips and orchids, we floated tea lights in clear votive cups upon transparent pedestals dripping with clear crystals. no hidden corners for secret whispers this time. all were seated comfortably in an open space upon clear louis chairs padded with plush cushions so everyone could engage in open conversations throughout the entire evening. cheers!

we appropriated warm comforting colors upon chic elegance for this birthday dinner to reflect the decorous nature of the hostess. With the venue at the mandarin oriental awash in gold light, we delineated the mood for the evening with splashes of sensuous reds upon a landscape of gold fabric plain, textured and glittered finished with black accents.
