sunday sorbet

we hope our client will be thrilled to receive this lovely bridal bouquet so lovingly put together by one of our angels. luscious pink tulips amongst a gregarious mix of lilac roses, purple and pink hydrangeas, and a light sprinkling of fiddleheads bound together with satin and organza ribbons. our angel added a layer of glamor to the ensemble with a chunky brooch of smokey black, diamond and turquoise crystals. have a look...

willow

it rained again on a wedding reception we did at the Mandarin Oriental last Sunday. but this time it was all ribbons in yarns of nylon and organza, tipped with glorious wisterias and chiffon orchids. we made sure that every attending guest would be rained on by having the splendid shower of ribbons at the main entrance. of course the newlyweds and the VIPs had to endure their own dazzling downpours throughout the entire night because we created even more splendid sprinkles where they sat. working with fellow floraphiles from Singapore, we added a whimsical flair to the tables with fanciful topiaries of roses, eustomas, hydrangeas and eucalyptus that we alternated with stands of salix garnished with tulips, roses, matthiolas and hydrangeas. have a look:

man, oman!

we received an order for a hand bouquet to be presented to an envoy from Oman and we were more than delighted to oblige. so, we picked 3 of our favourite types of flowers and created a bouquet worthy of the attention of our dignified foreign visitor. there were roses of course, thick, velvety and fiery crimson. next, there were cymbidiums, all crunchy, succulent and mellow in yellow. and lastly, hydrangeas, fluffy, full-bodied and fabulous. of course, we’re never happy unless we added in extras. so, we threw in a bunch of cream roses and white lilies for good measure, and bundled everything snug and comfy with a handful of variegated iron leaves (dracaena massangeana) and bear grass. the result? my, oh my!
